Colwyn Bay's Porth Eirias to feature in new S4C cookery series
Colwyn Bay's Porth Eirias restaurant will be featured in a new S4C cookery series, showcasing the best of North Wales' produce. Chef Bryn Williams, who owns Porth Eirias, will share simple recipes inspired by the region's seasonal ingredients.
What's the series about?
The six-part series, titled Cegin Clwyd, will be filmed primarily in Bryn's outdoor kitchen at his home, with a focus on seasonal produce and suppliers from North Wales. In each programme, Bryn will prepare three seasonal recipes, sharing the key ingredient with the local producer supplying it.
